At PureHQ Natural, we stand behind the quality of our products. You may try our Hair & Skin Ritual Oils for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
If you do not feel an improvement in hair texture, strength, or scalp comfort, you may request support for a resolution, including a refund where applicable.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund, please ensure:
- Request raised within 30 days of delivery.
- Product has been used consistently as recommended.
- At least 50–70% of the product has been used.
- Basic proof of usage (photo or short video) is provided.
- Valid order ID or purchase proof is presented.
3. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:
- ✕ Product used less than recommended duration
- ✕ Claims made after 30 days of delivery
- ✕ Bulk / wholesale orders
- ✕ Multiple refund requests from the same customer
- ✕ Improper storage or misuse of product
4. Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item:
- Report within 48 hours.
- Share clear photos/videos.
- Full replacement or refund offered.
5. Refund Process
Once approved:
- Processed within 5–7 business days.
- Returned to original payment method.
- COD orders: Bank transfer or UPI.
6. Returns (If Applicable)
In certain cases, we may request the product to be returned. Instructions will be provided by our team, and reverse pickup may be arranged based on your location.
