1. What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via email and an SMS notification where applicable. You can also track your order anytime from your Order History section.
2. Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch.
- Changes or cancellations are allowed only within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, orders are processed and cannot be modified or canceled.

3. What are your shipping timelines?
We ship globally from Faridabad, Haryana, India ๐ฎ๐ณ.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the personal care and consumable nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return / No Exchange policy.
However, we will assist if the product is damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.
5. Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included in the product price. These are determined by your country's regulations and are payable by the customer upon delivery.
6. Is it safe to use my card?
